I have use Derma e Vein Creme and other vein cremes but was left disappointed. The Omega Intensive Vein Creme does not make claims like getting rid of spider veins but I find it to be very sooting for my legs and seems to limit the discomfort in my legs related to my veins. I use it twice and day, morning and evening and notice more discomfort when I don't use it.

I picked up the Omega Intensive Vein Complex when I visited Dr Karamanoukian's Vein Treatment Center in Williamsville, NY. I apply it daily and used it religiously for six months after my spider vein laser procedures. I must say that it helped give me a great cosmetic outcome. I use it now for maintenance therapy for the horse chestnut extract that it has, which seems to alleviate the aching and heaviness in my legs. I think that the price is very reasonable for a nearly 8 ounce creme that has excellent cosmetic results.
